RULES FOR SNIFF SEATTLE'S KINDLE FIRE CONTEST
1. Contest tickets will be distributed Sunday, June 9 at the Furry 5K event at Seward Park in Seattle. Each contest ticket contains a unique number (the four-digit number following the words "Your Number").
2. On Monday, June 10 at 8:00 am, the winning number will be posted at SniffSeattle.com. The holder of the contest ticket with the winning number announced at SniffSeattle.com will win a Kindle Fire Tablet (7" LCD Display, Wi-Fi, 8GB), providing the contest ticket is redeemed before the deadline (see below) and subject to authenticity verification.
3. In order to be redeemed, the winning contest ticket must be mailed to: Sniff Seattle Kindle Fire Contest, PO Box 33624, Seattle, WA 98133. On a separate piece of paper, the redeemer of the winning ticket must include their full name, mailing address, phone number and email address with their mailed winning ticket. The envelope containing the winning ticket must be postmarked no later than August 10, 2013. Mail postmarked after the August 10, 2013 deadline will not be opened, nor returned.
4. The winning number for this contest will be randomly pre-selected by an independent third party prior to distribution of contest tickets. The independent third party will place the winning number in a sealed security envelope. At no time prior to the distribution of all the contest tickets, and for several hours following the Furry 5K event, will the owners or team members of Sniff Seattle have any knowledge whatsoever of the winning number.
5. Sniff Seattle will not be obliged to respond to anyone who submits a contest ticket that does not contain the winning number posted at SniffSeattle.com. Damaged tickets in which the unique number is not legible will not be accepted nor honored. There is only one winning ticket for this contest. In the event the winning ticket distributed on Sunday, June 9 is not redeemed in accordance with these contest rules, Sniff Seattle reserves the right to award the prize in any other manner of its choosing; or to not award the prize.
6. Owners and team members of Sniff Seattle and their family members are not eligible to win. Employees of Alpha Graphics and their family members are not eligible to win.
7. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
8. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents.
9. By participating in this contest, ticket holders acknowledge and agree that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing. Participants agree to be bound by these rules.
10. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by Sniff Seattle are final. Sniff Seattle reserves the right, in their sole and unequivocal discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds or believes to have submitted a forged contest ticket; or to be acting in violation of the official contest rules.
